Return & Refund Policy | Sentie

We want you to love your Sentie products! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging.

➤ To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g, wrong item sent or damaged on arrival).


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank


Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!
